Operators should be careful to find and deal with the problem of congestion in the pipeline, valves and other parts, to ensure that the pipeline and each channel is unobstructed, which will greatly reduce the probability of failure of the glue machine.

2, responsibility

There are a lot of customers on the spot of the glue machine equipment is not working every day, each time you need to glue the workpiece to use the direct boot, this is also one of the reasons for the failure. During this time of downtime, the equipment is in an unmanned state. The place where the maintenance is not done will bring trouble to the next production. If each operator can increase responsibility and maintain the equipment regularly, the frequency of failure will be greatly reduced.
